The road construction of the Model Settlements of the Holiday House consists of the central street (bidirectional width 7.50 m, length of 2 km), and the access roads of housing (bidirectional width 4.50m, length also 2 km.) All access roads of residences are dead ends and lead to an area of maneuver return. The main street is developed in an area of 350 – 450m with resurgent maneuver, geometrically sufficient in order to cover the total height difference of 170 m. In selected locations of the road, car parking and bus parking spaces have been created.
